A new customer called Sprint Electrical Service and stated that “all three services in our building have burned up.”
Our project manager drove over immediately, after ending the call.
Sprint arrived on-site to assess the damages and evaluate the situation.
The three switchgear enclosures were not damaged, however, the pole mounted transformer’s exploded, catching all of the outdoor cabling on fire.
The three services required 64) 600 mcm wires to be pulled in.
Sprint Electrical coordinated with ComEd for immediate attention to the situation.
By 3 P.M, Sprint had a full crew of 10 men on site.
By 3 A.M the following morning, all work required by Sprint Electrical Service had been completed!
